SunsphereFine Silica Products are designed as a perfect complement for any application where gentle tactile feel is paramount.

Non-cohesive  Fine Silica particles have a lower coefficient of friction than titanium dioxide and other popular fillers. On a molecular level, these particles are perfectly spherical in shape and move more freely. When combined with resins, Fine Silica offers greater surface smoothness and dispersibility.

 Fine Silica Products can be used with cosmetics, film, synthetic leather, for catalyst support, and as a matting agent for paints. In addition, it can be utilized as a filler for coated printing papers. We have a variety of grades with mean particle diameters from 3µm to 20µm and with oil absorption capacities from 30ml/100g to 400ml/100g to suit any application!

SUNLOVELYSUNLOVELY® is the trade name of ultra thin scaly silica particles and it's agglomerates, which is newly developed by AGC-Si Technologies. The properties of SUNLOVELY® include forming strong layered film by self film formation. SUNLOVELY® forms a strong layered film by self film formation. The layered film of SUNLOVELY® is hydrophilic. In Lotions, moisture retention is improved by adding SUNLOVELY®. The water proof of sunscreen is improved by adding SUNLOVELY®.

Applications include filler for polymeric resins or inorganic coating and paint materials with high resistance to heat, water, chemicals, and gas barrier effects, hydrophilic effects, etc.
